Building on Neeyti’s experience delivering thousands of original NextGen compressors, the NextGen-2 represents an advanced 2-stage rotary screw compressor leveraging the latest technology to maximize customer benefits. As an air compressor engineered for heavy-use industrial environments, the NextGen-2 delivers best-in-class energy efficiency, reliability, and productivity.

The NextGen-2 is equipped with a high performance asymmetric profile airend with state-of-the-art bearings, premium efficiency IE4 motors, and intelligent variable speed drive control. Available in capacities from 150 HP to 500 HP, these compressors can generate pressures up to 217 PSI with air flows ranging from 1100 CFM to 3000 CFM depending on the variant.

The 2-stage oil-free compression spreads across dual airends with a high-efficiency intercooler between stages to ensure delivery of 100% pure air. Multiple units can be sequenced to expand capacity modularly. The integrated dryers, filters, and separators remove all traces of moisture and particulates.

NextGen-2 compressors provide up to 15% better energy savings compared to conventional compressors by optimally matching output to demand. The integrated controller enables real-time monitoring, preventive diagnostics, and remote connectivity using IoT infrastructure.
